I like looking at visualisation as it gives you an idea of the sheer volume of content out there.  If it werent for visualisation like the one above I think people can loose site of the vastness of our online activities. With 35 million photos on Flickr (over half the UK population) it is plain to see why social media is beginning to taken seriously.
